With over 20 years of experience in IT recruitment, I lead the technical recruitment division at BentleyWhitaker, a firm I founded in 2003. After completing my degree at Oxford Brookes University, I gained extensive experience across sales, marketing, and technical recruitment, working with a wide range of industry sectors.
My career has given me a deep understanding of the labour market for a variety of roles, from junior to senior level, across different industries. I’ve worked my way up from Junior Consultant to Sales Manager before starting BentleyWhitaker with a clear focus on providing responsive, efficient recruitment solutions. My approach is built on mature experience and an unwavering commitment to getting the right people into the right roles without wasting anyone’s time.
Jonathan Bentley – Director, SaaS Protect
As Director of the reseller division at BentleyWhitaker, I lead our efforts in providing easy-to-implement, easy-to-use cyber security and data protection SaaS. Nearly 30 years working in sales for IT vendors, the last 10 years in cyber secruity and data protection, brings a wealth of experience in SaaS solutions, what good client-focussed resellers look like, and how to assess what solutions really deliver excellence for clients.
